Well, it’s been awhile since I’ve updated our site. A lot has happened since our last entry. The most exciting news is that Stephen’s sister had a baby. He was born on May 8th, weighing 7 lbs 13 oz. His name is Cooper. As one can imagine in the Joyner family, this baby is passed around a lot, and being the first grandchild, he is probably already very spoiled–especially by his grandmother! He’s definitely a very cute baby, and from what we see, pretty low maintenance at this point. I’m not sure if Chrissy and Brian agree, but I think they do. We went to meet Cooper this past weekend, and I saw Stephen hold a baby for the first time! Now, I know he won’t drop ’em. He looked fairly comfortable too, and he has talked about how proud he is to be an Uncle. Cooper, you definitely will be spoiled!
On another new front, Stephen is starting a new business. He is starting ACX Technologies, LLC with his friend and coworker, Jeremiah, who also goes to church with us. They are very excited about this new adventure. We are praying that they enjoy it, and that they are successful. Our friend, Rex, is an artist, and has been very important in creating the logo, business cards, etc. What wonderful friends we have! Soon, you’ll be able to find their business website at www.acxtechnologies.com but that is currently under construction. We’ll add an official link to our website so that you can get to it easily.
I think those are the most exciting things going on in our lives right now. I’ve added pictures of Cooper and his proud Uncle Stephen. Hope you enjoy them.
